About JOBOSA LTD Institute

JOBOSA Ltd Institute is a specialized training agency of JOBOSA LTD. JOBOSA LTD is a company established to offer consultancy services and capacity building in the areas of legislative drafting, parliamentary law and practice, institutional review and development and regulatory impact assessment.

Partners and Recent Projects

To enable us provide globally-recognized capacity building programs, we partner with various institutions and Government agencies to provide capacity building programmes. Recently, we have partnered with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and rolled out various training activities in legislative drafting. These activities targeted drafters working in the Government agencies in Africa with an aim of bridging building a pool of expert drafters in Africa. We have also partnered with the Council of County Governors to train county attorneys in legislative drafting. The Institute has further partnered with the County Assembly Forum and SOCCAT to build capacity of legal counsel serving in county assemblies in legislative drafting and parliamentary practice and procedure.

JOBOSA LTD Institute has also partnered with the East Africa Law Society and mounted a number of trainings in legislative drafting, legal drafting and leadership as part of building capacity of drafters in the East Africa Region

JOBOSA LTD Institute has also partnered with the Kenya School of Law and mounted legislative drafting for officers in the Office of the Attorney General (Kenya) among others.

Faculty

Our training activities are conducted by highly-skilled professionals drawn locally and internationally. We aim at giving exposure and opportunity to locally available experts as much as possible while drawing from internationally-experienced experts from various parts.

To ensure that our courses are recognized, we partner with institutions that are highly regarded and ensure that certifications awarded to our members are only from recognized trainers.
